This document sets out the terms governing your use of the axas888 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Agreement
By accessing, registering for, or using the axas888 platform in any way, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and axas888, covering use of the website, mobile application, Sports Betting services, Live Casino, e-sports, slots, and all related features. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the latest uploaded version.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. axas888 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from user negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities
- You must use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws.
- You are prohibited from using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- You may not share account access or allow any third party to use your account.
- Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit bugs, or use fraudulent methods may result in immediate account termination without a refund.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the axas888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks, subject to each provider's respective terms.
Deposit Requirements
Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes on the platform. Successful deposits are credited to your account within the timeframe set by the system. axas888 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification and fulfilment of any applicable bonus rollover requirements. axas888 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving a withdrawal. Withdrawals suspected of involving fraudulent activity may be held pending investigation.
Transaction Disputes
Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processed.
Account Policy, Suspension & Termination
Axas888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following activities:
- Fraud, money laundering, or any suspicious financial activity.
- Breaching any of the terms set out in this document.
- Creating multiple accounts or sharing an account with another party.
- Using unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation. Users who believe their account was closed unfairly may contact the support team to request a review.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting support. The request will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, and any valid balance will be returned upon completion of a brief review.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limit
Axas888 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service disruptions, or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
Our platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free or free from technical disruptions, though we strive to maintain maximum availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the axas888 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the property of axas888 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent.
